We cut up tons of veggies. The entire mix included:
-asparagus
-red & green bell pepper
-yellow & green squash
-broccoli
-string beans
-carrots
-chicken
I used a great Teriyaki sauce…Annie Cun’s. I love the flavor of this sauce.
I also served this mixture over the best short-grain brown rice. I love this rice. It’s the best tasting rice that I have found.
