Parc is a Stephen Starr restaurant located at Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. I went there for brunch one Saturday with my sister. We were first brought a basket of bread.
They make their bread right at the restaurant. It was so good…I especially liked the Raisin-Walnut bread. We also ordered the Yogurt Parfait…
This was really good. The yogurt was very creamy and the granola was also delicious.
For my entree, I ordered the Oatmeal Brulee with Raisins & Cinnamon.
This was out of this world. It was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of rice pudding. The raisins were so plump. The top was crispy & caramelized just like creme brulee. I did not want this bowl to end. I really want to try to recreate this one day…I’m sure it won’t be as good though.
