You have got to try this recipe…the flavor is just incredible! This is one of Bobby Flay’s recipes, you can check it out here. The Apple Raita is a “dressing” made with Greek Yogurt, Granny Smith Apple, Cinnamon, Kosher Salt, and a dash of Cayenne Pepper. It is a perfect condiment for this Pita “sandwich”! To assemble, we stuffed some spinach in a slightly grilled pita and placed some Apple Raita and a couple Turkey Koftes inside.

They are so mini. I love it. They don’t take long on the grill at all. We also threw the pitas on the grill for a couple minutes to get them nice and toasty.
The Apple Raita makes this dish. Without it, this would really not be as good!
